The plan
Your plan, built for your home
The first thing we build for a new client is a custom home management plan tailored to their home. We meet you at your home and document all of your home systems, preferences, wishlist items, and everything in between. We then set the recurring work out month by month for the year ahead.
Everything runs through one system. That is how nothing gets missed. Power washing is booked before window washing, not after. The irrigation lines are cleared before the first hard freeze, not during the first thaw. The furnace is serviced ahead of the heating season rather than the week it fails.

A leak, a surprise repair, or something you have been meaning to tackle. One text and we find the vendor, gather quotes, schedule, and oversee it start to finish at no additional charge. You pay only for the vendor work.

Trusted professionals across Indiana and southwest Michigan, on call for every system, without you ever vetting or chasing anyone.
- 04One point of contact.
We source, quote, schedule, communicate on your behalf, handle invoicing, and follow up after every visit. You approve. We handle the rest.
- 05Optional home check-ins.
Monthly or seasonal walk-throughs, with photos and a written report of anything we find.

01Which parts of Indiana and Michigan do you serve?
Central and southern Indiana: Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, Geist Reservoir, Indianapolis, Bloomington, Lake Monroe, Lake Sweetwater and Cordry, and Morse Reservoir. Northern Indiana and southwest Michigan: Lake Wawasee, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Elkhart, Harbor Country, New Buffalo, Diamond Lake, Klinger Lake, Eagle Lake, and Long and Baldwin Lake.
02Why do you cover those areas and not a radius?
Because that is where the same households own. A Carmel or Zionsville family with a house on the water in Michiana or Harbor Country can keep both houses with one point of contact.
03How is the monthly figure set?
After a walkthrough at the property. The price varies depending on the level of care you need, and it typically runs $175 to $350 a month.
04My town is not listed. Do you still offer home management there?
Probably. The listed towns are where most clients are, not a boundary. ABODE also works through Cicero and McCordsville on the Indiana side, and through Bridgman, Stevensville and Michigan City on the lake. Ask, and the answer will be a straight yes or no.
