What we collect
When you complete a form on this site, ABODE receives what you typed into it: your name, the property address, your phone number, your email address and whatever you wrote in the message field. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.
If you telephone instead, we hold your number and whatever you choose to tell us.

What we do with it
It is used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to look after your home. That means it may be shared with a vendor who needs to attend the property, and with nobody else.
We do not sell your information, do not rent it, and do not pass it to any marketing service. You will not be added to a mailing list because you asked a question.

How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become clients are kept while they are live and then removed. Client records are kept for as long as we look after the home, because the value of the service is the record, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting.
You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by calling or writing through the contact page, and it will be.

Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, calls tapped and walkthrough requests in aggregate, so we can see which pages help people. Google Analytics sets its own first party cookies to tell one visit from the next. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Fonts on this site are loaded from a third party font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service when the page loads. That request carries the standard information any web request carries.
