Questions
What owners ask about pricing
Still have a question? Call or text (574) 361-4416, or send it with the form below.
01Is there a standard home management package?
No. We do not offer one size fits all packages. Some people are extremely hands off and just want everything handled. Others are strict about what maintenance they keep and what they pass off. The membership is written to match.
02Are home concierge services worth the cost?
That depends on what your time is worth and how much of the house you want to keep running yourself. We would rather let you judge it before you call. Our price is $175 to $350 a month, with no markup on vendor work.
03Is this cheaper than hiring a full time house manager?
Yes. A full-time household manager is a salaried employee, with the payroll taxes, benefits and holiday cover that go with one. Buying the same function as a service is a price that's a fraction of what a traditional home manager costs, without cutting corners on service. That is how a membership can run $175 to $350 a month.
04How do I get a price for my house?
A walkthrough at the property. The goal for every prospect is to meet them at their home, because the systems in the mechanical room decide the plan and therefore the price.
