This website describes services offered by ABODE Home Concierge and publishes guidance for homeowners. You are welcome to read it, use it and share it. The text and images on it belong to ABODE or are licensed for its use.
Nothing on this site forms a contract. A plan agreement is a separate document, agreed after a walkthrough of the property.

About the guidance we publish
The guides on this site cite the agency or institution behind every figure so that you can check it. They are general information about houses in this climate, not advice about your particular house.
A structural, electrical, plumbing or safety question about a specific property should go to a qualified professional who has seen it. Where this site names an interval or a threshold, it names who published it.

Pricing on this site
The price is stated as $175 to $350 a month because that is the honest range. The figure for a particular home is set after a walkthrough and confirmed in writing.
Vendor work is billed by the vendor at the vendor's price. We add no markup to it and take no referral commission on it.
